| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经口寰枢椎术围手术期肺部感染的防治方法。方法对50例经口寰枢椎手术患者采取系列针对性的围手术期呼吸道处理方法,包括:术前有效清洁口鼻腔、严格戒烟、积极营养支持;术中操作细致规范准确,缩短手术时间;术后采取严密的呼吸道管理,尽早拔除气管导管等措施。结果 50例中8例出现肺部感染(发生率16%),其中并发肺不张4例、肺水肿2例。50例患者均顺利度过围手术期。结论经口寰枢椎手术合并肺部感染发生率高,手术前后肺部疾病的发生将增加手术风险,应重视围手术期的处理。
