视网膜脱离显微外路手术与传统外路手术对比研究

目的对比研究视网膜脱离显微外路手术和传统外路手术两种术式的临床疗效。方法视网膜脱离19例（19眼）行显微外路手术治疗，将接受传统外路手术治疗的13例（13眼）作为对照，两组手术疗效进行比较。结果显微外路组和传统外路组术后视力提高者分别为18例（94．74％）和7例（53．85％），裂孔封闭率分别为94．74％和53．85％，差异有统计学意义；裂孔定位准确率分别为94．74％和69．23％，一次手术解剖复位成功率为89．47％和69．23％，两组差异无统计学意义。结论显微外路组较传统外路组疗效较好，为视网膜脱离的治疗提供了更好的手术方式。

The effects of external microsurgery and traditional external surgery for retinal detachment
