刺激躯体神经对兔压力感受性反射的重调定

本工作用血压-肾交感放电反应曲线为指标,在家兔中观察了刺激躯体神经对压力感受性反射的影响。在浅麻醉状态下,刺激腓深神经对基础血压水平和肾交感放电并无明显影响,但可使血压-肾交感放电反应曲线的斜率明显增大;而在深麻醉状态下,同样参数的刺激并不引起压力感受性反射的明显改变。这一现象可能部分解释针刺对异常血压的调整作用。

RESETTING OF BARORECEPTOR REFLEX BY SOMATIC NERVE STIMULATION IN THE RABBIT

The effect of somatic nerve stimulation on baroreceptor reflex was investigated in 24 immobilized and artificially ventilated rabbits. Blood pressure (BP)-renal sympathetic nerve activity (UNA) response curves were constructed before, during, and after a 20-min-period of deep peroneal nerve (DPN) stimulation, the stimulus parameters used being 10Hz, 0.5ms, and 10V (0.3-0.5mA). Under light anesthesia (urethane 350mg/kg and chloralose 17.5mg/kg, i. v.), DPN stimulation resulted in an increase in the slope of the BP-RNA response curve, while in baseline BP and RNA no change was observed. However, the same DPN stimulation caused no significant change in the slope of the curve in deeply anesthetized animals (urethane 700mg/kg and chloralose 35mg/kg, i. v.). It is suggested that resetting of baroreflex by DPN stimulation may account, at least in part, for the normalization of high or low blood pressure by acupuncture.
