2004年山东省部分暴露者狂犬病毒抗体检测结果分析

目的]评价人用狂犬病疫苗的免疫效果。方法]对狂犬病疫苗初次全程(5针)免疫者用ELISA检测狂犬病毒抗体。结果]共接种狂犬疫苗1 108例,免疫后抗体阳性1 067例,阳性率为96.3%。年龄越小抗体阳性率越高、女性的抗体阳性率高于男性、在山东省疾病预防控制中心预防门诊外接种疫苗者抗体阳性率较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同疫苗间的抗体阳性率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论]人用狂犬病疫苗有很好的免疫效果,但对免疫失败者应加强免疫,以防狂犬病的发生。

Analysis on Experiment Results of Antibody Against Rabies Virus of Partial Exposed People in Shandong Province in 2004

Objective]To evaluate immune effectiveness of rabi es vaccine.Methods]The subjects were first time inoculated ful l course(five doses) of rabies vaccine.Their antibody against rabies virus wa s detected using ELISA after 15 days of last dose injected.Results] Total antibody positive rate was 96.3%(1 067/1 108) in which 94.7% we re male and 97.9% female.The sexual difference was significant(P<0.01).With the increasing of age,the positive rates decreased clearly(P<0.01).The antibody positive rates in different kinds of rabies vaccines were not significantlg different(P>0.05).The positive rates among place vaccine i njected were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion]Immuniza tion of rabies vaccine is trustworthiness,but it need to reinforce to the peopl e who's antibody is negative to prevente rabies.
