| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复锻炼对胆囊切除术后患者肛门排气时间的效果。方法随机选择150例胆囊切除术后患者,根据不同的护理干预方式,对术后患者肛门排气时间进行观察。结果早期康复锻炼的患者肛门排气时间早,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论胆囊切除术后患者早期康复锻炼,可促进胃肠蠕动及肛门排气,有利于疾病的早期康复。 |
