六味木香胶囊加思密达治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床研究

目的：研究六昧木香胶囊加思密达对腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法：将87例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组43例口服思密达，治疗组44例口服思密达加六昧木香胶囊。均治疗4N，随访3个月并比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组的显效率（52．3％）和有效率（88.6％）均高于对照组（27．9％，60．5％），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。对照组复发率明显高于治疗组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：六昧木香胶囊加思密达是治疗肠易激综合征的一种有效方法。

Diarrheas irritable bowel syndrome treated with liuweimuxiang capsules and Smetca

Objective:It is to study the curative effect of liuweimuxiang capsules decoction combined with Smecta on irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:Eighty-seven patients with IBS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.forty-four patients in the treatment group were treated with Smecta and Liuweimuxiang capsules,forty-three patients in the control group were only treated with Smecta.They were treated for four weeks and followed up for three month.Results:Both significant rate(52.3%) and curative rate(88.6%) of treatment group were higner than that of control group(27.9%,60.5%).The relapse rate of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group and they had statistic significance.Conclusions:It is a more effective method to treat IBS with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
