前列腺术后腹泻的病情观察及护理

目的前列腺术后由于进食方法不合理、缓泻剂的使用不科学及抗生素相关性腹泻的产生均是腹泻的重要原因。护士对前列腺术后腹泻患者的病情观察有全面的护理是减少腹泻引起的并发症，降低危险因素的重要措施。方法对16例前列腺术后不同原因引起的腹泻患者通过密切的病情观察，从心理、饮食、口腔及皮肤等全方面进行护理。结果16例前列腺术后腹泻患者全部治愈。结论护士对前列腺术后腹泻的患者的细致病情观察和全面的护理是减少并发症和降低危险因素的重要的手段。

Observation and nursing of patients with diarrhea after prostate operation

Objective The diarrhea was caused by unreasonable food,unscientific use of medicine of diarrhea and antibiotic after prostate operation. The important method of reducing complication and hazards of diarrhea is to observe patients condition and total nursing. Methods Sixteen patients of diarrhea were observed carefully after prostate operation. These patients were cared carefully in psychology, food, oral cavity, skin and so on. Results All the sixteen patients of diarrhea after operation had been cured. Conclusion The important measures of reducing complication and hazards are the careful observations for patients with diarrhea after prostate operation.
