44例新生儿机械通气辅助治疗的护理

目的 探讨新生儿机械通气的相关护理。方法 介绍44例机械通气辅助治疗的护理：体位、病情观察、气管插管的管理、呼吸道管理、拔管护理、基础护理。结果 44例患儿中除家属放弃9例，死亡4例，31例顺利脱机并治愈出院。本组病例中有6例呼吸机相关性肺炎，发生率18．6％。结论 有效地减少呼吸机相关性肺炎，缩短了上机时间，减轻了患儿的痛苦和家长的经济负担，更提高了患儿的成活率与生命质量。

44 cases of nursing on adjunctive therapy to neonatal mechanical ventilation

Objective To discuss the nursing care of mechanical ventilation. Methods Nursing cares of 44 infants with mechanical ventilation as adjunctive therapy including body position, pathogenetic condition observa- tion,management of tracheal intubation, management of respiratory tract, extubation and basic nursing care were introduced. Results Among the 44 infants,31 were cured,9 were quit and 4 were dead. In these cases,6 got the ventilator associated pneumonia,and the incidence rate was 18.6%. Conclusion We must reduce the ventilator associated pneumonia efficiently, decurtate the time of mechanical ventilation,lessen the pain of the infants .and the economic burden of the parents, and improve the quality of life and the survival rate of the infants.
