| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨蒙药五味润僵汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠治疗。方法:建立Ⅱ型胶原诱导关节炎大鼠模型,采用酶联免疫吸附实验检测各组血清中的IL-6、IL-10。结果:Ⅱ型胶原诱导关节炎大鼠有明显的局部关节肿胀,蒙药五味润僵汤能抑制血清中的IL-6,而上调IL-10水平。结论:蒙药五味润僵汤对胶原诱导性关节炎大鼠有明显疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the curative effect of wu-wei-run-jiang decoction in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: The model rats with rheumatoid arthritis induced by type Ⅱ collagen was established.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technique has been used to detect cytokines IL-10,IL-6 inblood serum of CIA rats.Result:The CIA rats had obvious and persistent arthrocele clinical manifestation.Wu-wei-run-jiang can suppress the abnormal high Serum levels of IL-6,meanwhile improve the Serum levels of IL-10 in CIA rats after treatmeat.Conclsion: Wu-wei-run-jiang decoction has significant effect in rheumatoid arthritis induced by typeⅡ collagen. |
