| 摘 要： | 目的 优化注射用尼麦角林的工艺处方.方法 采用正交试验法,以制剂的含量和溶解性为评价指标并作稳定性考察.结果 最佳工艺处方为甘露醇4%、依地酸二钠0.01%、枸橼酸0.6%、亚硫酸氢钠0.1%.结论 该工艺处方条件稳定、重现性好.

| Abstract: | Aim To optimize the technology preparation of nicergoline for injection.Methods Orthogonal experiment was selected.Content and solution of preparation were taken as evaluating norms,meanwhile,the stability was insperted.Results The best technology preparation is as follows:mannitol 4%,edetate disodium 0.01%,citric acid 0.6%,sodium bisulfite 0.1%.Conclusion The stability and reappear ance of the optimized technology preparation is good. |
