| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对青光眼动脉血流测定的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪，对38例(74只眼)闭角青光眼病人的眼动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)、弹性指数(PI)进行测定分析，并与64例(120只眼)正常眼动脉测定值比较。结果 PSV左右眼及性别之间差异无显著意义。双眼眼动脉血流速度与眼压成反比，眼压与RI成正比、与PI成反比。结论 彩色多普勒超产对闭角青光眼眼动脉血流速度进行监测可以较为准确反映眼压升高对眼底血流造成的影响，并在一定程度上预测此类病人视盘损害的程度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of color doppler flow imaging to the artery flow of glaucoma.Methods PSV,EDV,RI and PI in 38 patients(74 eyes) were detected and cempared with those in 64(120 eyes) normal controls.Results The differences of PSV between left and right eye and sex differences were not obuiously.The velocity of artery flow of both eyes was in inverse proportion to intraocular pressure.Intraocular pressure was direct proportion to RI and inversely proportional to PI.Conclusion The speed of blood flow of angle closure glaucoma detected by color doppler could reflect the uprising of intraocular pressure and prejudge the degree of optic disc injury. |
