血液分析仪测定静脉血与末梢血血常规的结果对照分析

目的:了解血液分析仪测定静脉血和末梢血血常规结果的差异。方法:同时采集37例肿瘤患者的静脉血和末梢血,用EDTA-K_2抗凝,用BC-3000 plus血液分析仪分别测定血常规结果,所得两组数据经统计学分析,比较静脉血和末梢血的差异。结果:血液分析仪测定静脉血和末梢血血常规结果显示,两组WBC、RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT均有明显差异(P<0.05),末梢血的WBC均值比静脉血高,而其他参数RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT均值比静脉血低;两组WBC、RBC、HGB、MCV、PLT的相关系数依次为0.911、0.941、0.921、0.984、0.943,均高度相关。结论:静脉血和末梢血血常规结果差异有显著性,有统计学意义,但由于静脉血和末梢血血常规结果呈正相关,末梢血和静脉血测定的血常规结果,在一定条件下都可使用。

Contrast Analysis of Blood Routine of Vein and Capillary Blood by Auto Hematology Analyzer

Objective To learn the difference of blood routine between vein and capillary blood examined by auto hematol- ogy analyzer.Methods For same sample of 37 patients of Cancer Hospital were adopted,ant coagulated by EDTA-K_2 and examined by BC - 3000 plus auto hematology analyzer for blood routine.These two groups' data were compared through statis- ties analysis.Results WBC,RBC,HGB,MCV,PLT measured by the above method had evident difference (P<0.05). WBC of capillary blood was more than that of vein blood,and RBC,HGB,MCV,PLT of capillary blood were lower than that of vein blood.The relation coefficient of WBC,RBC,HGB,MCV and PLT were O.911,0.941,0.921,0.984 and 0.943. Conclusion Blood routine between vein and capillary blood had evident difference.And the difference between them had a positive relationship,so we can use the blood routine of vein and capillary blood under some conditions.
