| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨糖尿病合并胆囊结石病人围手术期并发症发生的高危因素并提出相应的护理对策.方法 回顾性分析近5年来手术治疗糖尿病合并胆囊结石病人107例(均为Ⅱ型糖尿病),与同期收治的非糖尿病胆囊结石病人1545例的多个因素进行分析和对比.结果 分析结果表明糖尿病病人的胆囊病变程度,急诊手术,术后伤口感染或延期愈合与对照组有显著差异(p＜0.05).结论 胆囊化脓,坏疽,急诊手术,术后伤口感染或延期是糖尿病合并胆囊结石病人围手术期高危因素,针对这些高危因素制定相应的护理措施,对减少并发症的发生有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the risk factors of complications of diabetes mellitus patients with cholelithiasis and put forward the corresponding nursing measures.Methods:107 diabetes mellitus patients with cholelithiasis in recent years were analysed and compared with 1545 non-diabetes mellitus patients with cholelithiasis admitted in the same time.Results:The pathological level of the gallbladder,emergent surgery,postopevative infection,delayed wound healing of the diabetes mellitus patients were obviously different from the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Gallbladder suppurations,gangrene,emergent surgery,postoperative infection or delayed wound healing are the risk factors of diabetes mellitus patients with cholelithiasis.According to the risk factors,corresponding measures should be done to reduce the complications. |
