摘    要:目的 通过明视条件不同遮眼法下的单眼视力值和双视视力值比较,探讨毛玻璃透光遮眼法测定单眼视力的临床价值。方法 对来眼科体检的人员随机收集247人,用不透明和毛玻璃两种遮眼板检查的单眼视力值,与受试者本人的双眼视力值三者之间比较,同时测量不同检查条件下的瞳孔直径,与视力值进行比较分析。结果 (1)用不透明完全遮盖条件下所测单眼视力值低于另两种视力值,毛玻璃透光遮盖条件下的单眼视力与双眼视力均值差别无统计学意义(q =2.05 P>0.05)。(2)不同遮盖法的瞳孔变化和视力差异相关。结论 毛玻璃透光遮眼法所测单眼视力值更真实自然,更稳定,并接近双眼视力值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of frosted glass eye-shade in monocular visual acuity measurement by comparison of binocular and monocular visual acuity under various cover condition in light. Methods A total of 247 people came for physical examination were made distance visual acuity measurement by three ways: one eye was covered by a fiosted glass plate, opaque eye-shade, and no cover as well respectively, then was compared with each other. Pupil diameter was also measured in the states, and it's relation to visual acuity was discussed. Results The monocular visual acuity under opaque eye-shade was lower then the other two. Comparing the monocular visual acuity under frosted glass eye-shade with binocular visual acuity, there was no remarkable meaning in the difference (q=2.05, P >0.05). Activity of pupil was in relation to the difference of visual acuity under various conditions. Conclusions Monocular visual acuity under frosted glass eye-shade is more real and steady, and is more close to binocular visual acuity.
