垫腰法治疗腰椎间盘突出症500例临床观察

目的:通过临床对比观察研究,比较腰椎间盘突出症患者使用推拿治疗或加配合垫腰法的临床疗效。方法:将500例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用推拿手法配合垫腰法,对照组仅用推拿手法。治疗10～20d,随诊3～6个月,记录和比较两组腰臀及下肢症状的改善情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组的治愈率及有效率上明显高于对照组,临床治疗时间也明显少于对照组,而且在改善症状、体征的速度上快于对照组。结论:推拿治疗配合垫腰法治疗腰椎间盘突出症比单一的推拿治疗作用快,且疗效更确切,在疗程上比对照组短,值得临床应用。

Clinical Observation on 500 Cases of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation treated with Lumbar Pad

Objective：To compare the clinical effect of massage or massage combined with lumbar pad in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Methods：Five hundred patients with LIDH were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,who were respectively treated with massage plus lumbar pad or massage alone. The treatment lasted 20 minutes a day,and 6 days made a course of treatment. One day was taken off between each course of treatment. All patients were given one to three courses of treatment and followed up for 3 to 6 months. Meanwhile,the symptoms of hips and lower limbs were recorded and compared. Results：Compared with control group,the cure rate and effective rate in treatment group were higher,the time of therapy was shorter,and recovery speed was faster. Improvement in symptoms and signs change in the treatment group was significantly better than in the control group. Conclusion：The therapy of massage with lumbar pad for LIDH is superior to massage alone,and deserves wider clinical application.
