摘    要:目的:探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗交感型颈椎病的临床疗效和前景。方法:2005年5月~2008年5月应用经皮穿刺等离子汽化消融治疗交感型颈椎病患者55例。结果:平均随访21(3~35)个月。术前评分平均(5.71±0.48)分,术后随访时平均(1.66±0.71)分,术后1周主观满意度优良率86.4%,症状缓解率74.0%;末次随访时主观满意度优良率61.0%,症状缓解率51.0%,未出现脊髓、神经、大血管损伤或伤口感染等并发症。结论:等离子射频消融术治疗交感型颈椎病起效快、创伤小,为治疗交感型颈椎病提供了一种安全、有效和微创的治疗手段。

Abstract:Objective:To study the treatment effects and prospects of injection with the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment for sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods:From May 2005 to May 2008, a total of 55 cases with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were treated with percutaneous ablation plasma vaporization. Results:The average follow-up was 21 (3 ~ 35) months. Preoperative score was (5.71 ± 0.48) points, and the postoperative score was (1.66±0.71) points. After 1 week, subjective satisfaction of excellent and good rate was 86.4%, symptom remission rate was 74.0%; by last follow-up, subjective satisfaction rate was 61.0%, and symptoms remission rate was 51.0%. There were no complications such as damages of spinal cord, nerves, large blood vessels or wound infections. Conclusion:Plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment has the advantages of quick efficacy, mini invasion and so on, which provide as a safe, effective and minimally invasive treatment for sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
