低温等离子射频消融术治疗交感型颈椎病

目的：探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗交感型颈椎病的临床疗效和前景。方法：2005年5月～2008年5月应用经皮穿刺等离子汽化消融治疗交感型颈椎病患者55例。结果：平均随访21（3～35）个月。术前评分平均（5.71±0.48）分,术后随访时平均（1.66±0.71）分,术后1周主观满意度优良率86.4%,症状缓解率74.0%;末次随访时主观满意度优良率61.0%,症状缓解率51.0%,未出现脊髓、神经、大血管损伤或伤口感染等并发症。结论：等离子射频消融术治疗交感型颈椎病起效快、创伤小,为治疗交感型颈椎病提供了一种安全、有效和微创的治疗手段。

The Low-temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation Injection for the Treatment of Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis

Objective：To study the treatment effects and prospects of injection with the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment for sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods：From May 2005 to May 2008, a total of 55 cases with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were treated with percutaneous ablation plasma vaporization. Results：The average follow-up was 21 （3 ~ 35） months. Preoperative score was （5.71 ± 0.48） points, and the postoperative score was （1.66±0.71） points. After 1 week, subjective satisfaction of excellent and good rate was 86.4%, symptom remission rate was 74.0%; by last follow-up, subjective satisfaction rate was 61.0%, and symptoms remission rate was 51.0%. There were no complications such as damages of spinal cord, nerves, large blood vessels or wound infections. Conclusion：Plasma radiofrequency ablation treatment has the advantages of quick efficacy, mini invasion and so on, which provide as a safe, effective and minimally invasive treatment for sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
