| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药熏蒸结合针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将101例患者随机分为3组,治疗组(38例)采用中药熏蒸结合针灸治疗;对照组1(30例),采用单纯针灸治疗;对照组2(33例)采用中药熏蒸治疗,3组均治疗3周后,观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组1总有效率为70.0%,对照组2总有效率为57.6%,治疗组与两对照组相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论:中药熏蒸结合针灸的综合疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效优于单一治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effects of fumigation with Chinese herbs combining with acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods：One hundred and one KOA patients were randomly divided into treatment group （38 cases）,control group 1 （30 cases）,and control group 2 （33 cases）. Patients in treatment group were treated with fumigation plus acupuncture,while patients in control group 1 and control group 2 were treated with fumigation or acupuncture,respectively. After three weeks＇ treatment,the effect was observed. Results：The total effective rate was 92.1%,70.0%,and 57.6% in treatment group,control group 1,and control group 2,respectively. The effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than those in the two control groups. Conclusion：The clinical effect of combined therapy was better than single therapy in the treatment of KOA. |
