股骨头坏死患者生存质量评价及多途径中药治疗临床研究

目的:对多途径中药辨证治疗早期股骨头坏死患者,通过生活质量、Harris评分及影像学综合评价,探讨多途径中药辨证治疗对股骨头坏死患者生活质量的影响。方法:通过调查问卷方式,应用SF-36测评标准,对95例早中期ON-FH患者和60例健康对照者进行生活质量的综合测评,并对50例患者的SF-36得分、Harris评分及影像学检查经中医药治疗前及治疗2年后进行对照。结果:ONFH组的生活质量评分比健康对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01);治疗前后患者的生活质量在RF、BP、GH、VT、SF、MH、HT评分比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01),Harris评分在疼痛、行走及生活能力以及关节活动度方面比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),影像稳定率为71.67%。结论:ONFH患者的生活质量普遍下降,通过多途径中药辨证治疗后,患者的生活质量、Harris评分及影像学有一定的改善,尤其是生活质量明显提高。

Evaluation of Life Quality of Patients with Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective：To evaluate effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） on the life quality of patients with osteonecrosis of femoral head（ONFH） according to harris hip scores（HHS） and imaging.Methods：Life quality of 95 patients with ONFH and 60 healthy people was evaluated using questionnaire based on SF-36 standard.SF-36 scores,HHS and imaging of 50 cases were investigated at baseline and after 2 years treatment.Results：There was significant difference in terms of SF-36 assessment between the groups of patients and the control（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.There was significant difference in QOL and HHS before and after treatment in patient group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The rate of imaging stabilization was 71.67%.Conclusion：The life quality of patients with ONFH is generally reduced,and the treatment with TCM can significantly improve the life quality of patients with ONFH.
