| 摘 要： | 目的：回顾性分析386例老年髋部骨折的流行病学特点。方法：对我院2000年1月-2009年1月收治的386例老年髋部骨折,根据患者年龄、性别、骨折部位、致伤原因比较,进行流行病学统计分析。结果：老年人髋部骨折发生年龄主要在65-75岁,老年股骨颈骨折的发生年龄在65-69岁,股骨转子间骨折的发生年龄在70-75岁,均以老年女性较多（P〈0.05）。跌倒及扭伤是主要致伤原因（P〈0.05）。结论：老年髋部骨折有其自身的流行病学特点,应根据其特点进行防治。

| Abstract: | Objective：To retrospectively analyze the epidemiology of 386 elderly hip fracture cases.Methods：From January 2000 to January 2009,386 cases of elderly hip fracture were treated in our hospital,and the information of all patients＇ age,sex,fracture site and causes of injury was recorded and analyzed.Results：The hip fracture occurred mainly in the age of 65 to 75 years,and the incidence of femoral neck fracture aged 65 to 69 years,and the incidence of intertrochanteric fractures aged 70 to 75 years,and they were mainly elderly women（P〈0.05）.Falls and sprains were the main causes of injury（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are certain characteristics of elderly hip fracture,thus prevention and treatment should be guided by those characteristics. |
