肺重复癌的X线诊断：附20例报告

本文报告20例肺重复癌,7例为双原发性肺癌,13例为肺癌与其它脏器的重复癌。同时性7例,异时性13例。男12例,女8例。年龄:35～70岁。临床症状为咳嗽,胸疼,憋气,咯痰带血。X线所见27个灶灶包括肿块16例(含肿块伴肺不张3例),阻塞性肺炎5例,肺不张3例等。X线表现分3型:①中央型17/27个;②边缘型9/27个;③恶性胸膜炎型1/27个。本组20例中,获正确诊断仅8例,余12例未能确诊或误诊。本病如能及时诊断,合理治疗,可望延长生存期。

Radiologic Diagnosis of Dual Carcinomas of the Lung. A Report of 20 Cases

Twenty Patients with dual carcinomas in the lung, simultaneous in anu meachronous in 13, are reported. Among them, 7 have double primany carcinomas in the lung, and 13 have luug cancer associated with cancer in other organs. There are 12 males and 8 females, age ranged from 35 to 70 years. The cardinal clinical symptoms comprised cough, chest pain, shortness of breath and hemoptysis. A total of 27 lesions were seen on roentgenogram, including mass(16 cases, 3 of them associated with atelectasis), obstructive pneumonia (5 cases) and atelectasis (3 cases). Roent-genologic findings can be divided into 3 types: cantral (17/27). peripheral (9/27) and malignant pleurisy (1/27). In this series, a correct diagnosis was made in 8 cases and 12 were misdiagnosed. It pointed out that early recognition of multiple primary malignancies is important in order to achieve a possible cure.
