| 摘 要： | 目的:探求肾性贫血患者血清铁参数的临床诊断价值和其改变的原因。方法:采用ACT、化学分析和ELISA测定78例慢性肾衰患者的Hb、红细胞比容和血清铁参数。结果:慢性肾衰病人血清中SI、TIBC、TS显著高于健康群体(n=50,P<0.05),病人的血清(SF)显著低下(P<0.05)。结论:肾性贫血反映铁代谢紊乱,转运发生障碍。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study diagnostic values of iron-status indices in patients with renal anemia,and the reasons of it's changes.Methods:Hemoglobin(Hb),hemoglobin concentration(Hct) and the iron-status indices in 78cases of chronic renal failure(CRF) and 50 healthy subjects were tested with ACT,chemical analysis and ELISA.Results:The serum iron(SI),total ironbinding capacity(TIBC) and transferring saturation(TS) in patients with CRF were significantly lower than those of healthy subjects(P<0.05).On the contrary,the serum ferritin(SF) is significantly higher in patients than that in healthy subjects(P<0.05).Conclusion:Renal anemia can reflect functional iron deficiency,its metabolism disorder and disturbance of its transportion. |
