麻醉机内部回路消毒对全麻患者术后肺部感染的影响

目的:通过对麻醉机回路消毒,降低全麻术后肺部感染的发生率。方法:将400例术前无感染、全麻术中使用麻醉机的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各200例;观察组使用ZJ-XD-Ⅰ型多用途医用仪器内部消毒机消毒内部回路的麻醉机,对照组使用未消毒内部回路的麻醉机;对两组患者进行发热、咳嗽、咯痰、肺部罗音、白细胞计数、胸片等监测。结果:观察组肺部感染率为4.5%,明显低于对照组肺部感染率16.5%(P<0.01)。结论:使用ZJ-XD-Ⅰ型多用途医用仪器内部消毒机对麻醉机内部回路进行消毒,可有效降低全麻患者术后肺部感染的发生率。

The effect of anesthesic machine disinfection of internal loop on general anesthesia patients with postoperative pulmonary infection

Objective：To reduce the incidence of lung infection after general anesthesia through disinfecting the anesthesic machine of internal loop.Methods：Anesthesic machines were used in four hundred cases who had no pre-operative infections and these cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,200 cases each group;the disinfected internal loop anesthesic machines were used in these patients of observation group and,non disinfected internal loop anesthesic machines were used in those belonged to control group.Fever,productive cough,pulmonary rale,white blood cell count,chest X-ray and other indexes were monitored in two groups.Results：In observation group,pulmonary infection rate was 4.5%,while in control group,pulmonary infection rate was 16.5%,difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：The use of ZJ-XD-I multi-purpose medical instrument disinfection machine to disinfect the internal loop of the anesthesic machine can effectively reduce the incidence of lung infection in the general anesthesia patients.
