宫颈癌组织端粒酶表达与人乳头瘤病毒感染的相关性

摘    要:目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中端粒酶活性表达与人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染的关系。方法 采用端粒重复序列扩增(telomere repeat amplification protocal,TRAP)-银染法对45例宫颈癌、30例慢性宫颈炎及20例正常宫颈组织的端粒酶活性进行检测。同时,采用多聚酶链反应(PCR)技术测定上述组织HPV、HPV-16型及HPV-18型的感染情况。结果 宫颈癌组织端粒酶阳性率、HPV和HPV-16检出率高于慢性宫颈炎和正常宫颈组织(P〈0.05);宫颈癌组端粒酶表达与HPV感染(φ=0.44,P〈0.01)、HPV-16型感染(φ=0.36,P〈0.05)有关联性,与HPV-18型感染未发现关联性(P〉0.OS)。结论 端粒酶的表达、HPV感染包括HPV-16型感染与宫颈癌发生密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the telomerase activity in cervical tissues and its correlation to human papillomavirus(HPV) infection.Methods The telomerase activity was detected by using a modified telomeric repeat amplification protocol(TRAP) assay in cervical tissues in 45 women with cervical cancer,30 women with chronic cervicitis and 20 women with normal cervix.The infection of HPV,HPV-16 and HPV-18 was tested by polymerase chain reaction.Results The telomerase,HPV and HPV-16 positive rate in cervical cancer tissues was higher than that in cervicitis and normal cervix cases(all P<0.05).The HPV and HPV-16 infection was correlated to the presence of telomerase in cervical cancer tissues.Conclusion Activation of telomerase and HPV infection including HPV-16 infection are closely associated with cervical cancer.In cervical cancer activation of telomerase is associated with HPV infection and HPV-16 infection.
