| 摘 要： | 了解不同年龄段男性血清总睾酮(total testosterone,TT)和游离睾酮(calculated free testosterone,c FT)水平的变化。方法按不同年龄段将研究对象分为6个组。分别测定血清TT、性激素结合球蛋白(sex hormone binding globulin,SHBG),计算出血清c FT,分析年龄与男性血清TT和c FT水平的关系。结果不同年龄组间血清TT水平60~70岁组与30~40岁、40~50岁组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其他各组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。血清c FT、SHBG水平除20~30岁、30~40岁两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),其他各组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。血清TT,SHBG与年龄呈正相关,而血清c FT与年龄呈负相关(P0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长,血清TT水平呈现微弱升高趋势,而血清c FT水平在40岁以后出现明显下降。作为中老年男性性腺功能低下诊断指标,血清c FT水平具有更好的敏感性。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the variation of serum total testosterone（ TT） and calculated serum free testosterone（ c FT） in male of different ages. Methods The subjects were divided into six groups according to age groups. The level of TT and sex hormone binding globulin（ SHBG） were detected. Then serum c FT was calculated. The relationship between levels of serum TT,c FT and age were analyzed. Results The differences in level of TT between 60 ~ 〈 70 group and 30 ~ 〈 40 group,40 ~ 〈 50 group had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）,no significant differences between other groups were found（ P 〉 0. 05）. The differences in level of c FT,SHBG between 20 ~ 〈 30 group and 30 ~ 〈 40 group had no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05）. The differences between other groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. TT and SHBG were positively correlated with age while c FT was negatively correlated with age（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The tendency of the level of TT increases slightly with ages,while the level of c FT has obviously declining trend in an adult 〉 40. As the diagnostic criteria of hypogonadism in the middle- aged and elderly male,the level of c FT has better sensitivity. |
