| 摘 要： | 目的观察不同插管深度的食醋灌肠法治疗肝昏迷的的疗效。方法将75例肝硬化合并肝昏迷住院患者随机分为两组，即观察组36例和对照组39例，均用食醋30ml＋温盐水100ml保留灌肠5min，每日1次，两组插管深度分别为30cm以上和15～20cm。结果两组在改善症状和降氨程度上的差异均有统计学意义（P（0.05），观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论提高插管深度是提高食醋灌肠法治疗肝昏迷疗效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of clysises with vinegar in different catherter depths on hepatic encephalopathy.Methods Seventy-five patients with hepatocirrhosis combined with hepatic encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group of 36 patients and the control group of 39 patients.30ml vinegar plus 100ml warm normal saline were used to clysis on two groups and kept with 5 minites with different catheter depths,one time per day.Results The effects of two groups on improving symptoms and decreasing ammonia were obviously different(P<0.05).The effect of experimental group was better than that of control group.Conclusion To increase catheter depth is the key of improving effect. |
