适龄儿童一类疫苗全程合格接种率影响因素的Logistic回归分析

目的 探讨影响适龄儿童一类疫苗全程合格接种率的因素,为建立有效的儿童预防接种服务模式提供科学依据.方法 采用分层随机抽样方法,选取≤6岁的1 200名儿童开展调查,用Logistic回归方法对资料进行分析.结果 建立预防接种信息档案、接种预约通知和定期开展查漏补种等因素是影响儿童一类疫苗全程合格接种率的主要因素,其优势比(Odds Ratio,OR)值分别为8.65、3.99和3.07;预防接种知识宣传、接种服务态度和父母文化程度等因素的OR值位居4～6位.结论 建立预防接种信息档案、接种预约通知和定期开展查漏补种是影响儿童一类疫苗全程合格接种率的关键因素.同时预防接种知识宣传、接种服务态度和父母文化程度等对疫苗接种都有重要影响.

Logistic regression analysis affecting factors of a class vaccines whole course qualified vaccination rate of school-age children

Objective To explore what factors affecting a class of vaccine whole course of qualified vaccination rates of school-age children.Provide a scientific basis for establishing an effective child Vaccination service model.Methods Using stratified random sampling method to select 1200 children whose age ≤6 years to carry out investigation.Using logistic regression methods to analysis the data.Results Establish vaccination information files and vaccination appointment notice and regularly carry out leak replant were main factors affectting children vaccines whole course of qualified vaccination rates,their odds ratio（Odds Ratio,OR） values respectively were 8.65,3.99 and 3.07.The OR values of vaccination propaganda,vaccination attitudes and parents＇ education level were among the 4 to 6.Conclusion Establish vaccination information files and vaccination appointment notice and regularly carry out leak replant were key factors affectting children vaccines whole course of qualified vaccination rates,at the same time the vaccination propaganda,vaccination attitudes and parents＇ education level significantly impact vaccination.
