| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胰岛素抵抗（insulin resistance IR）对大鼠肝脏组织Apelin蛋白表达的影响。方法 16只雄性SD大鼠随机分两组：IR组和对照组,每组8只。取肝脏组织进行Apelin免疫组化染色,测定平均光密度值。结果 Apelin平均光密度值：IR组高于对照组,P〈0.05,有统计学差异。结论 （1）大鼠肝脏组织存在Apelin表达。（2）Apelin可能参与了胰岛素抵抗的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Insulin resistance on the expression of Apelin in the liver tissue of rats.Methods 16 male SD rats divided into two groups：IR group,the control group（n= 8）.liver tissue immunohistochemistry,We adopt computer image analysis system to detect average optical density.Results compared with the control group,Apelin average optical density in 1R group was increased,P0.05.significant difference.Conlusions（1） there are the expression of Apelin in the liver tissue of rats.（2） Apelin maybe take part in the Insulin resistance. |
