铁路建筑工人预防艾滋病及生殖健康知识调查

目的了解铁路建筑工人艾滋病预防及生殖健康知识、意识和行为情况，评估多年来艾滋病和生殖健康知识宣传教育的可及性及其效果。方法对参加蚌埠火车站改造部分建筑工人进行匿名问卷调查。结果3．55％被调查者没有听说过艾滋病。52．79％0感觉与艾滋病感染者一起工作感到害怕。明确表示未发生婚外性行为的仅为29．41％，且每次都用安全套的占18．18％。获得艾滋病、性病等健康知识信息的主要来源方式是电视、报刊和广播。结论应根据铁路建筑工人的特点制定艾滋病和生殖健康知识宣传策略和措施，提高宣传的可及性和效果。

Investigation on the Knowledge of Preventing AIDS and Reproductive Health of Railway Constructionworkers

Objectives To learn the knowledge and awareness and behavior of preventing AIDS and reproductive health of railway construction workers and to evaluate the education accessibility and effect. Methods The construction workers of Bengbu railway station were anonymously investigated their knowledge and attitude towards AIDS and reproductive health, the way of access to public education. Results 3.55% respondents did not hear of AIDS. 3.55% respondents were afraid of working with AIDS. 29.41% respondents expressed they did not make love without their wives and girl-friends. Watching TV, reading books and journals, listening to radio were major way to gain AIDS/STD message. Conclusions The propaganda strategy and measures of AIDS and reproductive health should be targeted according to the features of railway construction workers in order to raise the education accessibility and effect.
