我院泌尿外科抗生素使用情况调查分析

目的通过统计分析我院泌尿外科前列腺穿刺活检术和经尿道前列腺切除术围手术期抗生素使用,掌握基本情况及存在主要问题,为合理使用抗生素奠定基础。方法选取泌尿外科2011年1-12月份经直肠前列腺穿刺活检和经尿道前列腺切除术病例150份,进行回顾性调查分析,找出临床围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在的主要问题,参考国内外有关文献,推荐给药方案。结果主要存在的不合理情况有：未进行预防用药、预防用药时机不对、预防用药疗程过长、用药种类过多、用药品种选择不当、药敏试验比例过低等;预防用药方案不确定,呈现多样化。结论推荐的围手术期预防性给药方案促进了临床用药合理化。

The investigation and analysis of antibiotic use in urology in our hospital

Objective To analysis the use of antibiotics in the perioperative for prostate needle biopsy and transurethral resection in our hospital, master the basic conditions and major problems in the use of antibiotics and lay the foundation for the rational use of antibiotics. Methods A total of 150 cases of urology were selected from Januaru 2011 to December 2011. Referring to the relevant literature at home and abroad, retrospective analysis of survey was done.The major problems of preventive antibiotics in the perioperative was found out and appropriate interventions was developed. Results The main unreasonable conditions include：no preventive medication, wrong time for drug prevention,too long for the prevention of drug treatment, too low for the sensitivity test ratio, too many types of drugs, inappropriate use species selection; Prevention drug programme became diversified. Conclusion Preventive antibiotics in the perioperative promoted the medication rationalize.
