Syndecan-1在胰腺癌组织中的表达与预后的关系

目的探讨syndecan-1表达水平与胰腺癌患者预后的关系。方法回顾性分析行胰腺癌根治性切除的30例病例资料,对肿瘤组织行syndecan-1免疫组化染色,在光学显微镜下分别观察syndecan-1在肿瘤上皮细胞及间质中的表达,分析染色结果与患者生存期之间的关系。结果肿瘤上皮细胞和间质中,syndecan-1表达阴性、弱阳性、中等阳性和强阳性患者1~2年和2~4年生存的例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上皮细胞syndcan-1表达阳性,间质syndcan-1表达阴性的患者1~2年和2~4年生存的例数明显多于上皮细胞syndcan-1表达阴性,间质syndcan-1表达阳性的患者(P=0.039)。结论Syndecan-1在胰腺癌上皮细胞及间质中的表达水平不同,上皮细胞中syndecan-1表达水平升高及间质中syndecan-1表达水平降低提示预后良好。

Relationship between expression of syndecan-1 and prognosis in pancreatic cancer

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of syndecan-1 and the prognosis in pancreatic cancer. Methods The data of 30 patients with pancreatic cancer who received radical operations were retrospectively analysed.Immunohistochemical staining was performed,and the expression of syndecan-1 in tumor epithelial cells and stroma was observed by light microscopy.The relationship between immunohistochemical findings and survival was analysed.Results For those with negative,weak positive,moderate positive and strong positive expression of synecan-1 in tumor epithelial cells and stroma,there were significant differences in the case numbers between those survived for 1 to 2 years and those survived for 2 to 4 years(P<0.05).The case numbers of those survived for 1 to 2 years and 2 to 4 years were significantly higher for those with positive expression of synecan-1 in epithelial cells and negative expression in stroma than those with negative expression in epithelial cells and positive expression in stroma(P=0.039).Conclusion The expression of syndecan-1 in epithelial cells is different from that in stroma of pancreatic cancer,and the increased expression of syndecan-1 in epithelial cells and decreased expression in stroma may indicate a better prognosis.
