低位小水囊联合米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的疗效观察

目的探讨低位小水囊联合米索前列醇用于足月妊娠引产的有效性。方法对于有引产指征的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各103例。观察组采用低位小水囊放置术,后米索前列醇后穹窿给药;对照组给予静脉滴注催产素。观察两组引产效果。结果在引产12h后宫颈Bishop评分提高值方面观察组显著高于对照组,同时引产成功率也显著高于对照组,在临产发动时间和总产程方面用时显著短于对照组。在分娩方式、产妇并发症以及新生儿情况比较两组差异无统计学意义。结论低位小水囊配以米索前列醇加强宫缩的综合方法更为有效。同时提高了患者的舒适度。

Effect on low small bladders and misoprostol for induction of full-term pregnancy

Objective To explore effectiveness of the low small bladders and misoprostol for induction of the full-term pregnancy. Methods For the cases which had labor indications were randomly divided into two groups and the control group each 103 cases. Observer group placed a low of small bladders, then misoprostol was administrated at the dome, control group was given static point oxytocin. Labor effects were observed. Results 12h after the induction of cervical Bishop score increased in value significantly was higher than the observation group,the success rate of induced labor at the same time also increased significantly, launched in labor and the labor time spent at significantly was shorter than the control group. In the mode of delivery, maternal and neonatal complications between the two groups,there was no significant difference. Conclusion The low small bladders and misoprostol that approach to strengthen the contractions is more effective,it also can improve comfort.
