脑卒中失语症患者的康复治疗

为探讨康复训练对失语的治疗作用，对８６例脑卒中后失语症患者进行诊断分型，并采用中国康复研究中心失语检查法和Ｓｃｈｕｅｌｌ刺激法进行语言训练。结果：脑卒中失语症患者语言训练疗效明显，其中皮质下失语、Ｂｒｏｃｅａ失语、命名性失语，运动性失语预后较好。

Rehabilitation Treatment of Stroke Patients with Aphasia

To investigate the effects of rehabilitation training on stroke patients with aphasia, a total of 86 stroke patients with apbasia underwent diagnostic typing. The patients received language training by Chinese Rehabilitation Study Center aphasia examining method and Schuell stimulate method. The results showed that the effect of language training were significant in stroke patients with aphasia. The prognosis of subcortical aphasia, Broca aphasia, anomic aphasia and motroaphasia was better, while that of Wernicke aphasia was worse, and that of total aphasia was worst.It was concluded that the rehabilitation effects of stroke patients with aphasia were correlated with different types of aphasia. Language rehabilitation training was effective in stroke patients with aphasia.
