| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胆囊切除术对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法在患者胆囊切除当天清晨和术后20h抽取其外周血,用流式细胞术检测CD3 、CD4 和CD8 ;用ELISA检测IL-2和IL-4水平。结果患者术后CD3 、CD4 含量增加,CD4 /CD8 比值上升,CD8 含量基本无变化;IL-2水平下降,IL-4水平上升。结论胆囊切除后,患者细胞免疫功能紊乱,Th2反应增强、Th1反应受抑制,可能与术后感染的发生有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the influence of cholecystectomy on cellular immune function. Methods Peripheral venous blood of the patients was withdrawn to detect the percentage of CD3 , CD4 and CD8 with flow cytometry and the level of IL-2 and IL-4 with ELISA. Results Compared with those before cholecystectomy, the percentages of CD3 , CD4 , the ratio of CD4 /CD8 and the level of IL-2 increased, but the levels of IL-4 decreased significantly(P<0.01). Conclusion Cholecystectomy may cause disorder of cellular immune function in the patients, to be more exact, the Th2 action increase while Th1 decrease,which might be associated with postoperative infection. |
