| 摘 要： | 目的：研究肿瘤相关糖类抗原199（CA199）与癌胚抗原（CEA）检测对结直肠癌的诊断价值。方法：采用电化学发光方法检测44例结直肠癌患者与19例正常人血清中CA199与CEA的水平并进行统计学分析。结果：结直肠癌患者血清中CA199和CEA水平明显高于正常对照组良性对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后CA199与CEA含量与治疗前相比显著降低（P〈0．05）。结论：CA199与CEA检测结对结直肠癌临床诊断与疗效评价有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of CA199 and CEA in serum of patients with colorectal carcinoma. Methods：Serum levels of CA199 and CEA were measured by electrochemiluminescenee assay in 19 normal adults and 44 patients with colorectal carcinoma. Results：The levels of CA199 and CEA in patients with colorectal carcinoma were obviously higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, while they were significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The detection of CEA and CA199 has a notable value in diagnosis and therapeutic evaluation for patients with coloreetal carcinoma. |
