胃癌组织中肝细胞抗原的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨肝细胞抗原（hepatoeyte antigen，Hep）在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法EnVision法检测88例胃癌组织中Hep的表达。结果 胃癌组织中Hep的阳性表达率为54．5％（48／88）。Hep的阳性表达在肠型胃癌中明显高于弥漫型胃癌（P〈0．05）；随着临床分期的增高，Hep的阳性表达率呈下降趋势，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；胃癌组织中Hep的表达与患者的年龄有关（P〈0．05），与性别、肿瘤大小、部位、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和血管侵犯均无相关性（P〉0．05）。结论 检测胃癌组织中Hep的表达可一定程度地反映胃癌的组织学分型和患者的预后。

Expression of hepatocytic antigen in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Purpose To explore the expression of hepatocytic antigen in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 88 cases of gastric carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical EnVision technique. Results The positive expression rate of hepatocytic antigen was 54.5% (48/88). The positive expression of hepatocytic antigen in intestinal type was higher than that in diffuse type(P<0.05). With the increasing of clinical stage, the expression of hepatocytic antigen was decreased(P<0.05). The expression of hepatocytic antigen in gastric carcinoma was correlated with age(P<0.05). The expression of hepatocytic antigen in gastric carcinoma was unrelated to sex, size, site, the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and vessel invasion (P>0.05).Conclusions The detection of hepatocytic antigen may predict the histological type and prognosis in gastric carcinoma.
