一阶导数紫外光谱法测定复方氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素的含量

摘    要:目的:建立一阶导数光谱法测定复方氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素含量的方法。方法:一阶导数光谱法直接测定复方氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素含量,于296.3nm波长处测定振幅D值。结果:氯霉素在5.15μg/ml~25.75μg/ml范围呈良好线性关系;其回归方程为D=11.204×10-4C-0.5×10-4(r=0.9998);平均回收率100.02%、RSD=0.10%(n=5)。结论:本方法操作简单、准确,可用于测定复方氯霉素滴眼液中氯霉素的含量。

Abstract:Objective To determine the content of Chloramphenicol in Compound Chloramphenicol ophthalmic Solution.Methods First Order Derivative Spectrophotometry was used.The peak amplitude was determined when the wave length was at 296.3nm.Results The Chloramphenicol showed a good linear relationship within a ranger of 5.15 μg/ml~25.75 μg/ml,the regression equation was D=11.204×10-4C-0.5×10-4 (r=0.999 8);the average recovery was 100.02%and RSD=0.10%(n=5)。Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for determination of Chloramphenicol in Compound Chloramphenicol Ophthalmic Solution.
