左卡尼汀对大鼠阿霉素心肌病的干预作用

摘    要:
目的观察大鼠阿霉素心肌病的病理改变及左卡尼汀对阿霉素心肌病的干预作用。方法30只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为阿霉素组、左卡尼汀组和对照组,于实验第2、6周末分别取3组大鼠血测定大鼠血浆中丙二醛(MDA)及全血还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,计算心脏指数(HWI)并观察心肌病理改变。结果左卡尼汀组MDA含量显著低于阿霉素组,GSH含量显著高于阿霉素组,心脏质量指数显著低于阿霉素组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);但与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论左卡尼汀能有效改善心肌能量代谢,减少心肌氧化性损害,减轻阿霉素心肌病的病变程度。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the histopathological change in Adriamycin-induced Dilated Cardiomyopathy and effect of L-Carnitine (L-CN) on Adriamycin-indueed Dilated Cardiomyopathy in Rats. Method Thirty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: the ADR group,L-CN group and control groups. Adriamycin-induced Dilated Cardiomyopathy model was established in Rats,interfering with L-carnitine, the quantity of MDA in serum and GSH in blood was measured at the second weekend and 6th weekend, the heart weight index(HWI), was calculated and the histopathologieal ehange of my- ocardium was observed. Results MDA in the L-CN group was significantly lower than that in the ADR group (P〈0.01),GSH in the L-CN group was significantly higher than that in the ADR group (P〈0.01), HWI in the L-CN group was significantly lower than that in the ADR group(P〈0.01),there was no significantly deference between the L-CN group and the control groups, the myocardial pathological change in the L-CN group was significantly better than that in the ADR group. Conclusion L-CN can improve energy metabolish of myocardium effectly,attenuate the cardiomyopathy induced by oxidize, decrease the degree of myocardial pathological change, L-CN has a preventive effect on eardiomyopathy induced by ADR.
