| 摘 要： | 目的研究老年高血压患者颈动脉硬化、斑块形成与血尿酸的相关性.方法对162例老年高血压患者,用颈动脉超声检查分析颈动脉硬化、斑块形成与血尿酸的相关性.结果颈动脉硬化、斑块形成与收缩压、脉压呈正相关,与血尿酸亦有关.结论在老年人颈动脉粥样硬化、斑块形成的过程中,上述心血管危险因素起到一定的作用. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between carterial arterial atherosclerosis, plaque and serum uric acid in aged patients with hypertention. Method 162 aged patients with hypertention undergoing carotid artery ultrasonography were enrolled, then the relationship between carterial atherosclerosis, plaque and serum uric acid was analyzed. Result Carterial arterial atherosclerosis, plaque showed positive correlation with systolic pressure and pulse pressue, and were associated with the level of serum uric acid. Conclusions Cardiovascular above-mentioned risk factors may play a role in the development of athe ro sclerosis and plaque in aged people. |
