当归补血汤加味治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足临床研究

目的：观察中药益气活血通络法治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足（VB I）的临床疗效。方法：将78例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组（40例）和对照组（38例）。对照组采用当归补血汤加味外治,治疗组在对照组基础上用当归补血汤加味内服,观察临床疗效、再次住院率,并于治疗前和治疗后2周经颅脑多普勒超声（TCD）检测其脑血管血流速度。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为63.1%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。椎动脉（VA）和基底动脉（BA）的峰值血流速度（V s）、舒张末期血流速度（V d）、平均血流速度（Vm）与治疗前相比速度上升,血流量增加,高于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。治疗组再次住院率（20.0%）低于对照组（55.2%）（P〈0.05）。结论：中药益气活血通络法是有效和安全的,能够改善椎-基底动脉供血不足的临床症状。

Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction for vertebro-basilar insufficiency

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Supplementing qi and Activating blood circulation principle on treating vertebro-basilar insufficiency（VBI）.Methods：78 cases of VBI were randomly divided into control group（n=38） and treatment group（n=40）,control group treated with Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction by external therapy,treatment group treated with Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction to be taken orally on based control group treatment.Clinical effect and rate of rehospitalization was observed after treatment.The cerebal blood flow were tested pre-and post-therapy 2 weeks.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.1%,the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group and pre-therapy,peak value blood flow rate（Vs）,end diastolic blood flow rate（Vd） and mean blood flow rate（Vm） of vertebral artery（VA） and basila artery（BA） were increased（P〈0.01）.Rehospitalization in treatment group（20.0%） was lower than that in control group（55.2%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation principle was effective and safe for the treatment in patients with VBI.It relieved the symptom of clinic significantly.
