不同来源西洋参中人参总皂苷及人参皂苷Rb1含量的比较

目的：比较不同来源西洋参的质量。方法：采用比色法测定西洋参中人参总皂苷的含量，以HPLC法测定人参皂苷Rb1的含量，综合此二项指标评价西洋参的质量。结果：7种西洋参市售品中，加拿大西洋参中人参总皂苷及人参皂苷Rb1含量最高，北京怀柔较之略低。结论：7种市售西洋参中所含人参总皂苷均大于4％，人参皂苷Rb1均大于1％，且总皂苷含量越高，Rb1含量越高。
