集体疗法在海洛因依赖者戒毒康复期中的应用研究

目的探讨集体疗法在海洛因依赖者戒毒康复期中的应用效果。方法将100名强制脱毒后康复期的海洛因依赖者随机分成两组,每组50名,分别进行传统疗法和集体疗法,观察两组4周后的焦虑、睡眠障碍及对毒品相关危害的认知情况。结果集体疗法组治疗前后在焦虑、睡眠及对毒品相关危害的认知方面差异显著(P<0.05);与传统组比较,集体疗法组治疗后焦虑、睡眠障碍有明显改善,对毒品相关危害的认知显著提高(P<0.05)。结论集体疗法心理治疗可减轻海洛因依赖者的焦虑情绪,改善睡眠,提高对毒品相关危害的认知水平。

Effects of group psychotherapy on heroin addicts at the stage of recovery during detoxification

Objective To explore the effects of group psychotherapy on heroin addicts at the stage of recovery during detoxification.Method 100 heroin addicts at the stage of recovery during compulsory detoxification were divided into two groups randomly and provided with group psychotherapy and traditional psychotherapy respectively.The incidence of anxiety and sleep disturbance and the level of information about risk of the drug were investigated at 4 week after treatment.Result There was significant difference between the two groups on the incidence of anxiety and sleep disturbance and the level of information about risk of the drug(P<0.05).Heroin addicts treated with traditional psychotherapy had more sleep disturbances,higher anxiety scores and lower level of information about risk of the drug.Conclusion Group psychotherapy can not only improve sleep and reduce anxiety,but also improve the level of information about risk of the drug of the heroin addicts.
