出院病人满意度调查分析

摘    要:
目的:了解病人出院时的满意度情况,为提高医疗服务质量提供参考。方法:采用自制的调查表,调杏某“三甲”医院连续三天入院患者出院时的满意度。结果:共有277例病人接受了凋查.绝大多数病人对医院的服务是满意的,不同人群满意度不同。结论:医院必须根据病人满意度的影响因素,加强管理。提高医疗服务质量。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the patients' satisfaction when leaving hospital to help improve our health service.Methods: Using the self-made questionnaire to investigate the patients' satisfaction with quality of medical service.277 patients leaving hospital were investigated within three days.Results: The satisfaction scores of most patients were fine.There were different satisfaction of patients in different populations.Conclusion: To improve the health service,it is necessary to strengthen hospital management according to the factors influencing the patients' satisfaction.
