| 摘 要： | 目的 了解STD门诊患者支原体感染率及对 9种抗生素的敏感性。方法 应用支原体IST2试剂盒进行检测。结果 支原体总感染率 2 9.18% ,UU、MH及混合感染的阳性率分别为 18.84%、1.5 2 %、8.81%。交沙霉素、原始霉素、强力霉素对支原体的敏感性最高 ;所有的分离株均对环丙沙星、氧氟沙星高度耐药。结论 本地区泌尿生殖道的支原体感染首选交沙霉素或强力霉素治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand Urogenital Mycoplasma prevalence in STD clinic attenders and determine nine drugs sensitivity.Methods Mycoplasma IST2 kits were used.Results The total morbidity of Mycoplasma was 29.18%.The positive rate of UU, MH and mixed infection were 18.84%,1.52% and 8.81% respectively.Josamycin, Pristinamycin, Doxycycline showed more sensitive against Mycoplasma. All the strains were highly resistant to Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin.Conclusion Josamycin or Doxycycline is the first choice for the treatment of Mycoplasma infection in studied area. |
