Tenax玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩修复前牙残冠残根的临床分析

目的：比较Tenax玻璃纤维桩与铸造金属桩修复前牙残冠残根的临床疗效.方法：将98颗患牙随机分为Tenax玻璃纤维桩加全瓷冠修复组（A组）和铸造金属桩加镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复组（B组）,前者50例,后者48例,随访6个月～2年,评价其临床疗效.结果：Tenax玻璃纤维桩加全瓷冠修复组的成功率为94％,而铸造金属桩加镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复组的成功率仅为79.2％（P=0.03）.结论：在掌握适应证的前提下,较铸造金属桩而言,采用Tenax玻璃纤维桩加全瓷冠修复前牙残冠残根其在美观和二次修复方面具有更好的临床应用价值.

Clinical efficacy of Tenax glass fiber posts and cast metal posts on restoration of anterior residual crowns and roots

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of Tenax glass fiber posts and metal posts on restoration of anterior residual crowns and roots.Methods 98 teeth with residual crowns and roots were randomly divided into A group and B group.50 teeth in A group were treated with glass fiber posts plus all-ceramic crowns.while 48 teeth in B group were treated with cast metal posts and cores and Ni-Cr PFM crowns.Clinical efficacy was evaluated during 6 months to 2 years.Results The success rate of glass fiber posts plus all-ceramic crowns group was 96％,while the success rate of cast metal posts and cores and Ni-Cr PFM crowns group was 81.3％.Conclusion The application of Tenax glass fiber posts plus all-ceramic crown would be a good choice for restoration of anterior residual crowns and roots when meeting the requirements of indication comapare to cast metal posts.
