经方辨治头痛临床体悟

头痛是临床上常见的自觉症状,可单独出现,亦可见于各种急慢性疾病中。无论急性还是慢性头痛都不出六经辨治之范畴。伤寒六经为万病立法,统病机而执万病之牛耳,则万病无所遁形。"病"可以有千种万种,但病机则不出六经八纲之范畴。正是《黄帝内经》"知其要者,一言而终"的明训,执简驭繁,万病一理。临床上用六经经方辨治头痛,"有是证,用是方",只要认准经方的方证,方证相对,治疗各种头痛方能应用自如。
