| 摘 要： | 目的:观察安宫牛黄丸对自发性高血压大鼠脑出血后脑组织含水量、脑系数以及神经功能缺损的影响。方法:将自发性高血压大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、西药治疗组、中药治疗组、中西药结合治疗组,于6、24、48、72h观察大鼠神经行为学评分,测量脑组织含水量与脑系数。结果:模型组大鼠脑组织含水量、脑系数及行为学评分较空白对照组高(P<0.05),3个治疗组脑组织含水量、脑系数及行为学评分低于模型组(P<0.05),中西结合治疗组脑组织含水量、脑系数及行为学评分明显低于中药治疗组及西药治疗组(P<0.05),中药治疗组与西药中药治疗组与西药治疗组间相比差异无显著性。结论:安宫牛黄丸能够有效减轻脑出血后脑组织含水量、减少脑系数并改善神经功能缺损症状。
