安宫牛黄丸对自发性高血压大鼠急性脑出血后脑水肿及神经功能缺损的影响

摘    要:目的:观察安宫牛黄丸对自发性高血压大鼠脑出血后脑组织含水量、脑系数以及神经功能缺损的影响。方法:将自发性高血压大鼠随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、西药治疗组、中药治疗组、中西药结合治疗组,于6、24、48、72h观察大鼠神经行为学评分,测量脑组织含水量与脑系数。结果:模型组大鼠脑组织含水量、脑系数及行为学评分较空白对照组高(P<0.05),3个治疗组脑组织含水量、脑系数及行为学评分低于模型组(P<0.05),中西结合治疗组脑组织含水量、脑系数及行为学评分明显低于中药治疗组及西药治疗组(P<0.05),中药治疗组与西药中药治疗组与西药治疗组间相比差异无显著性。结论:安宫牛黄丸能够有效减轻脑出血后脑组织含水量、减少脑系数并改善神经功能缺损症状。
