浅谈传统休闲养生的内涵

传统休闲养生,不仅仅是简单的休闲娱乐,其还蕴含着更深刻的内涵。文章从文化内涵和中医内涵2个方面进行了探讨。首先,传统休闲养生学中,儒释道等哲学思想与艺术、文化、中医学等常常相互交融,如传统艺术和养生均追求道家的"虚静"之道,因此人们在传统艺术审美的过程中也达到了很高的养生境界。其次,中国传统音乐、绘画、诗歌等均受到中国传统哲学思想的影响,形与神俱、阴阳五行等理论相通,融合成别具特色的中医休闲养生。
