| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨热敏灸治疗大龄儿童弱视的疗效。方法:近3年来门诊就诊且诊断为弱视的患儿,年龄8-14岁,经验光配镜后随机分为治疗组51例(67眼)和对照组45例(55眼)。对照组用红光闪烁、后像、光刷或光栅等西医传统综合治疗作为基础治疗;治疗组则在上述基础治疗上加热敏灸风池穴,共12d。结果:治疗组57眼获得疗效,总有效率为85.1%,对照组31眼有效,总有效率为56.4%,具有统计学显著性差异。两组轻、中度弱视疗效相同,但明显高于重度弱视的疗效;治疗组中心注视眼的疗效优于偏心注视眼。结论:热敏灸治疗大龄儿童弱视能取得较为满意的疗效。 |
