| 摘 要： | 王德明教授认为,慢性胰腺炎多因食积、痰积、热积、酒积、虫积等所致,病变主要在脾,治疗亦在脾。调治肝脾、重在治脾为治疗慢性胰腺炎的关键,同时还需注意通畅气机、化瘀。临证应分期治疗,常用"平胰方",颇有良效。 |
