先天缺牙患者种植修复

目的:探讨先天缺牙患者种植修复存在的问题、对策,评估其临床效果。方法:对2000年11月至2009年2月37例在北京大学口腔医院种植中心就诊的先天缺牙患者进行检查、诊断,制定治疗方案,进行涉及多个学科(主要包括正畸科、正颌外科、种植科)的系统治疗并最终完成种植修复。所有患者均按照北京大学口腔医院种植中心复查程序进行追踪随访。结果:本研究纳入的病例分为3类:先天单牙缺失、先天多牙缺失、先天多牙缺失继发无牙颌,其中单牙缺失21例,多牙缺失12例,多牙缺失继发上颌和/或下颌牙列缺失4例(上颌2个,下颌2个)。37名先天缺牙患者接受了种植修复,共植入120个种植体,种植修复后平均追踪39.3(10~109)个月。截止至最后1次复查共2个种植体在修复后半年脱落,其余种植体行使功能良好,未见疼痛、神经损伤等并发症,X线检查种植体颈部骨吸收平均1.91 mm。结论:先天缺牙患者一般需经多学科协作序列治疗,方可进行种植修复,能较大程度地改善患者的咀嚼、发音及容貌,提高患者生活质量,近期临床效果满意。

Implant restoration for patients with congenital missing teeth
